Edit Bookmark and DeIete Bookmark are too close to each other, so it's easy to contact them by mistake,螢幕擷取畫面 2024-09-13 143701.png and it's too troublesome to add an option of “Are you sure you want to delete the bookmark?
So I want to use Ctrl + Z to restore accidentally deleted bookmarks after accidentally deleting them and before clicking on a blank space. (For privacy, after deleting a bookmark, you can't use Ctrl + Z to restore the bookmark if you click on any blank space.)

Eeeee, you can already press ctrl+Z to undo a bookmark deletion while in either the bookmarks sidebar or the bookmarks library. This works even if you delete the bookmark from the bookmarks menu, or the bookmark edit dialogue box. In either case you can still just open the side panel or library and ctrl+Z from there.

This won't work however while a text edit field is focused, but that is probably because in text fields ctrl+Z is reserved for undoing text typing etc. But in that case you can just click or tab to a different, non-text field section and then press ctrl+Z to undo the bookmark deletion?

In otherwords, I think that the functionality that you are requesting is already there?

@TechHorse, Thanks for letting me know that Firefox already has this feature, but for people who are not familiar with Firefox, the Bookmarks Toolbar is the most convenient, and when they accidentally delete a bookmark or folder, they are (usually) likely to press Ctrl+Z to try to undo the deletion.

This is also a handy feature for users who already know where to press Ctrl+Z to undelete, but are using the Bookmarks Toolbar to accidentally delete a bookmark/folder.

In short: I need to be able to press Ctrl+Z to undelete in the Bookmarks Toolbar.
