Thunderbird - add a setting for opening email attachments by default

Receive an email with attachments. Try to view them quickly. The bottom panel is always collapsed. I suggest adding a setting to deploy it always by default.

If you want the attachments pane expanded automatically
Go to configuration editor https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/config-editor
Search mailnews.attachments.display.start_expanded
Try value true and restart Thunderbird
