More secure extension updates - show all requested permissions

When extensions auto update, the user cannot see (and audit) the full list of new permissions. This is a security concern.

For example, what if the extension below was hiding paypal.com under the "Access your data in 3 other domains"?

I suggest instead either a scrollable list, or a link to see the full list.

@2fox correct, this has been shipped on desktop- thanks again for sharing this feedback/idea and playing a role in bringing it to Firefox.

Note: there is still some work to be done for mobile.
