Support netease(163.com) oauth2 login

Thunderbird provides good support for mainstream email service providers around the world. But in China, people mainly use the mail service of Tencent (QQ/Foxmail) and NetEase (163/126). It is a pity that the Tencent mailbox service with the most users in China is not compatible with OAuth2, but NetEase is support OAuth2 now(This is NetEase's support document/Only Chinese,) , and it works normally in Outlook Android

 But Thunderbird does not support it now
