Show ALL tool bars AND windows task bar when in full screen mode.

Right now if one selects F11 (full screen mode) only the tab bar and the address bar are shown when one moves the pointer to top of the screen, the favorites bar (even if ALWAYS SHOW is selected for that option) is omitted for some strange reason.

Also full screen mode blocks the windows task bar from showing as well, while in pop up mode.

The reason people like me want these features is because we use small and light portable laptops and want to maximize the screen space. We should not have features disappear because of it, otherwise what is the point?

If full screen mode for some reason can't be set up to accomplish these tasks let us have a option to customize our web browser to be able to SEAMLESSLY modify our browser to use limited screen space to the max while quickly allowing access when we need it via pointer.
