Ship popular fonts and JS Frameworks to protect privacy

Many websites rely on massive js frameworks like jquery and others.

Some also use third parties to pull in additional fonts.

This allows tracking and causes unnecessary requests.

An approach similar to LocalCDN would be great so that Firefox doesn't have to go to the Web as the required modules are already available locally.

I know both of these addons, but it becomes more powerful if users don't need to know about addons and it is used automatically 🙂
