Could include settings for
- Time period till tab gets hibernated
- Autoplay
- Stop animations (css, svg, gif, ...) when tab is not shown
- Load Resource Quality [MIN|MAX] ... when HTML provides multiple quality variants of the same resource
- Signal Energy Saving to tabs/webpages ... so they have the opportunity to save energy too
