Pop up blocker

Would you at least put a option on the screen somewhere so that if a needed pop up is blocked by your browser, it can be easily unblocked without me having to jump through hoops to get it working again.  I needed a chat window to come up and it was blocked and I don't have time to go back through all the questions again after resetting it in the options.  Also this idea submission form is the only way I appear to offer feedback on your system.  Don't pretend to be interested in what the customer wants, but then not actually offer a forum where I can simply share feedback without having to search for blog posts or go through your support system first.  Chrome may be bad, but it works better than firefox so far and I may have to find another browser.  This used to be good, but it's gone downhill in recent years apparently.
