PiP for web pages

Thank you for video-in-video option.  I remember growing up being forced to play on the picture-in-picture screen in the lower right corner because my parents wanted to watch their show on the family big-box tv.  I was wondering if a picture in picture rendition for full websites is on the horizon.  Simple options like scroll or select would be great to when I work out to a video, but want an article to read between rest sets. 

You gals/guys are awesome and I can't believe it took this long to bring that feature into the digital age,
