Firefox front page should be customizable.

For example these shortcuts under the search box are too big and I would like to make them smaller, but I can't so I have to turn them off. Also for instance I would like to place a small clickable reddit icon right inside this search box like at the image but I can't just because there is no customization.

Here are some other ideas for improving the front page or new tab page, including a similar request to easily resize the shortcuts:

You can do this messing with some CSS code. But i think is so hard haha you can see some premade things here
