I'm interested in point .2, too, it's a bit annoying that they're lost upon cleaning the cache or history. At least pinned shortcuts could be saved but I have nothing in contrary if even thumbnails of pinned history shortcuts would.

Then it doesn't work, I already set it to Restrictive but the shield stays white, usually the shield is blue when Firefox blocks at least 1 tracking item.I wrote purple because I see it slightly purple .

Furthermore, they should be saved in the Mozilla Account to be restored easily in newer devices or after a restore. I needed a restore after a non-perfect OS upgrade and I lost all my pinned links .
