Verification scheme for core functions in forks

To me it is important to have a diverse internet, including websites not being taylored towards on browser engine alone.

As there are multiple forks already and more promising coming up it would be great to have a verification scheme in which developers of forks can get core elements like mozilla log in and such things verified to be inline with vanilla Firefox. There might even be th opportunity to have community code from this forks upstream.
