I often have multiple windows each with multiple tabs open (I have 64Gb memory) and frequently loses track of a specific page. At the moment I have 81 tabs open to different stories on royalroad.com for example.

I often uses the Taskmanager, about:processes to find out if some page is already open and it would be nice if could right click on a process and have that window moved to front and the specific tab opened. I guess it would work equally well with another about: page

If there already exist something that solves my problem I at least doesn't know about it.

Click on the nav bar (or ctrl+k or alt+d), type % followed by the title or url of the tab you are looking for. Alternative Firefox now has a "list all tabs" button, which should be to the left of your window control buttons.
