Update folder UI when new message has arrived

There is no indication that a new message has arrived in a folder unless you click onto the folder.

Except;

• The folder text colour changes
• The folder icon gets a gold star overlay
• The unread count increments and changes colour

Of course, the exceptions to that are the junk and sent folders, as you really don't want to be bothered with notifications about the arrival of spam.  But if you right-click those folders and select properties, you can include them when checking mail if you want to.
