Thunderbird - SMTP option

I cannot send out email in Thunderbird client. But sent in Mobile App with same SMTP server successfully. At last, I found the Mobile App client had SSL Certs (Accept all)" selected.

Can Thunderbird add SMTP option to "Accept All SSL/TLS certs" to make connection success always?
