Thunderbird Mobile : Bottom-posting puts the reply field on top

On Thunderbird mobile, when the quote style for replies is set to bottom-posting, the Reply editor still puts the redaction field on top of the quoted message.

While this is not a bug, as the written reply is at the end, under the quote - and not over it, it can make comprehension of the resulting email harder.
