The full-screen alert box can be shrunk a bit

Status: New idea

Whenever I watch a video in full screen, it always blocks a large portion of the video content, which is a bug that affects the viewing experience, so can it be redesigned? You can refer to the design of EDGE or GOOGLE's full screen prompt box.
