Every Android and iOS Smartphone has an adressbook which also can contain Email-Adresses. Also Windows has the contacts application (peoples.exe) which accesses contacts in Google, Apple and Microsoft Accounts (Teams, Skype, ...).
Thunderbird should be able to syncronize contacts with them.
