Support German Umlaut in message filters

Dear Thunderbird Team.

Thanks for keeping Thunderbird my favourite mail client since decades!
Just recently I wanted to add an auto forward to a message filter containing German Umlaut "ä". There seemed to be some problem since Google return right after applying that there was something wrong with the e-mail address, which looks a bit weird.

@ndrä.de>, which is supposed to be "<at>ndrä.de"
