Specially for backup purposes, I'd like a way to export and import passwords from firefox android.

I don't have google services in my smartphone so being able to backup passwords and then being able to restore if I need to would be very beneficial to me.

This already exists in the desktop version, so it would basically be a feature parity with the desktop version.

There are Apps like, 1Password, BitWarden, ExpressVPN, all allow you to add your Passwords and Logins to keep them safe. You DO need an Account, though.

I don't want clouds. I want my own PC. And for me, firefox's password manager is the best integrated password manager for firefox.

This and bookmark export/import. I don't want to rely on cloud, I want to use my own storage.

Yes, please. There should be a way to export any data out of the browser, in particular bookmarks and passwords, and then import it back without using any cloud storage. In particular, it should be possible to export a passwords.csv file out of desktop firefox, move the file onto a phone, and import it in firefox for android.

I need this feature at this exact moment, because I don't have access to a computer, and I want to transfer my passwords to Proton Pass, but without expoting passwords from Firefox it's not feasible.

I support the request for an option to make a local, preferably encrypted, backup of the stored login/password pairs. I don't want to send this type of sensitive information to any server I don't control for IMHO obvious reasons, so Sync is not an option to me.
