Sub row for each main row of shortcuts (New Tab)

Can this be a new feature? I would love to have a sub row for any main row of shortcuts (especially if I could name every row for example 1(row) Social Media, 2 (row) Digital Stores and just drag and drop shortcuts inside a any of the main rows (and ofc have a limit to how much shortcuts you can place inside the main row) so it doesn't become cluttered but this will help me a lot in managing stuff as a freelancer)
