Specify how many CPU cores Firefox should use

Hello

Please create an option in the settings section so that each user can specify the number of processor cores for Firefox to use.

This feature is very useful for those who have a weaker processor and it prevents the processor usage from going to 100% and crashing Firefox.

This feature should be in Firefox itself. In normal mode, the browser can use all processor cores, but those with weaker processors with fewer cores can be very useful.

Please include this feature in version 109.
