Share dictionary across devices

I use a significant amount of specific terminology in my work and have to add the same word to my MacOS dictionary, my desktop Firefox dictionary, my MacBook Firefox dictionary, etc. In addition to allowing Firefox to use the OS' built-in dictionary, another great enhancement would be to update all dictionaries across a user's devices once one has learned a new spelling. Thanks.
