Revert 116 change to reopening keybind behavior for reduced ambiguity.

In version 116 the keybinding CTRL + SHIFT + T had it's behavior changed. Instead of reopening tabs it will now reopen windows as well. This makes the behavior ambiguous and is unnecessary as reopening windows is already fulfilled by the CTRL + SHIFT + N keybinding. It also divorces the keybinding from the visual menu option in the history dropdown which retained the correct behavior.

I recommend that it be reverted to restore backwards compatibility with user workflows or at the very least it should be possible to restore the original behavior through the settings.

I recognize that Chrome uses same behavior as after these changes, but that only makes it more important to offer a choice to the user.

The best course of action would be to add a new keybinding that takes on the Chrome behavior and restores the original behavior to CTRL + SHIFT + T. Then offer a checkbox in the settings to swap the keybindings and set this checkbox if the user is importing data from Chrome.

I am tired of having to juggle all the various windows that reopen when I just want to get back to a tab I closed 3 minutes ago.

I agree with @Funtime60 , this is such an annoying change for those of us using multiple windows, each with multiple tabs. I tend to put related tabs in the same window (i mean, thats kinda of the point of windows i would argue) and its an abolute pain to re-open a tab in window 1 if i did a bunch of work in says window 2 and that i closed window 3 and 4.

We should at the very least have an option for that i would say. Although i honestly really dont see the point of this change in the first place? Why scoop down to Chrome's level? It was just objectively better before that update 😕

This is why i always tend to disable automatic updates of my software. These days updates always seems to remove features which is pretty sad 😞
