Rename and Move Active and Completed Downloads

When downloading and after a file has completed downloading, there should be an option to rename, or even better, rename and more the file to another location.  

This would be very convenient, because you often don't see the default name of the file until it actually starts downloading.

I.e: Something like:

[Jon]
