Recycle Picture-in-Picture windows

Let's say I'm checking out a game on Steam. Most games have multiple videos, which I often watch in PiP mode (on the second monitor). There are two issues:

• When one video ends, the next video starts in the original location, rather than the PiP window. I would like it to start in the PiP window instead.
• If I manually activate PiP for the next video, it will open in a new window, leaving the old PiP window unused. I would like the next video to just use the same PiP window. I understand you put in the effort to allow multiple PiP windows, but how often are you actually watching multiple video streams at the same time? Perhaps there should be a setting for limiting the number of PiP windows to one.
