Re-start Thunderbird in the state in which it was closed

It would be helpful if Thunderbird would open in the same state that it was closed showing the email that was last being examined, read or ready to reply to and not the market splash screen or a blank screen. This would make the product more user friendly as the user can start where they left off when they closed Thunderbird
