Proxy popup redesign

Hello Maintainers,

Can you please review the current design/behavior for the proxy credential windows popup ?
Currently it pop in front of your Firefox windows blocking all access to the windows, which is really not usable when you use a web integrated password managed ex: 1password, passbolt, lastpass, etc

Because the prompt for the popup is not considered as a "web credential" so you cannot access your vault from the pop up and the only solution is to "close the popup by war" then fetch the creds from vault and come back to a external web page to submit the creds in the new popup.

IMO the popup should be integrated as an icon in the top left URL bar like the "password/settings/certificates" are...
