print pdf: headline with UTF-8

Dear Mozilla team,
I am extremely satisfied with Firefox and Thunderbird for decades.
It is probably a small matter for you to create the generated file name using UTF-8 by default when printing a page with pdf.

This is a small example with only one mutated vowel

The original:

Linux Tablet - Alle Möglichkeiten und Infos im Jahr 2024 - Techadvices.

The derived filename:

Linux_Tablet_-_Alle_M_303_266glichkeiten_und_Infos_im_Jahr_2024_-job_34.pdf

Version 108 is still the same situation.
