Press the “<” and “>” keys for previous and next frame.

In Youtube, pause the video and press“< ( , )”and“> ( . )”keys, you can skip to the next frame and go back to the previous frame.
I hope Firefox can use these two shortcuts when playing a video on any web page, including when opening a local video.
Also, it would be great if this feature could support other media such as GIF.
