Picture in Picture dock or side tab

It would be nice to have a button or functionality to temporarily dock a Picture in Picture video to the side of the screen via a tab. I like keeping the PIP on top during tutorials but when I need to interact with other windows I have to drag it out of the way. Instead, I propose there be a button that can quickly dock it to the side of the screen (something like a tab), that can later be clicked on again to resize and resume playback.
