On mobile app, add option to reuse oppenned tabs..

It would be nice if user can enable such a feature from settings.

As im imagine it , when a user want to open from a new tab a page , a quick lookup on all openned tabs to match page by url.

If we have a match , auto switch to it and load page again there.

This will help users to have less oppened tabs and have some controll.
