Notifications vs. filtering of incoming mail

Please fix the problem with notifications about new mail for letters that are moved to folders by filters.
I receive many emails from different contacts. I have set up filters so that all these emails are sorted into thematic folders and automatically redirected to related contacts. Filters make my life much easier. But the downside is that Thunderbird does not show notifications for new emails. Notifications are only displayed for new contacts for which filters are not set up.
