When I use "move" to move anything (a mail or another folder) into an existing folder, if I hover more than one second, ALL the existing subfolders open up into view, where they were all "hindden" before. This means I then have to click on the main folder´s arrow to hide them again - an easily correctible irritation.
Please make the time-span longer (like two or three seconds) like it used to be.
