Make the Tab Preview size changeable and update the Preview when there's any changes

After updating to 131.0b1, I've got the new tab preview feature and it's a nice feature but there can be some improvements.

It should have an option that changes its size (ex: 1, 2 (default), 3, 4, ...) (example in the image).

It should also update the preview when the website changes, ex: when there's a video (so make it refresh at the user's FPS / make an option based on FPS refresh: 0/15/30/60/120/165/... fps (for performance reasons)).
