let me place my bookmarks in specific places of the website/document/etc

My team and I share a document, each week by itself... I always have to scroll down to the right week.

It would be great if I could specify the bookmarks placement and say where I want to be next time, when I open the bookmark.<

ps: it's really annoying how I have to set up a whole account to be able to GIVE YOU feedback. I wonder how many people had great ideas but didn't went through the process
