improvements on library view for download with limited internet

.-- In the "Library" window, when nearly completing the download a
video file of 250MB I clicked the [Resume/Delete]-button twice. The
file is gone!

The combination of two opposite functions as [Resume/Delete] can produce
the loss of a file.

The combine of this two functions, as in the actual layout is a bad Idea.

T"he separation of this two functions, or the add of a confirmation question as

"do you really want to delete the file xxxx of xxxMB? yes/No
We may keep in mind that the confirmation dialog must be itself distinct
from simply clicking on the [Resume/Delete]-button multiple times.

.-- for easier download of files in places with limited network speed
and long response time; the add of a longer timeout threshold and or
an auto-resume function could help.
