Improve UX: Reader View icon should not be displaced by other icons

I love Reader View, but it's annoying that the Reader View icon gets pushed around when other icons (like video & translate) are present. Reader View is something you habitually and often enable and then disable. So if the icon has suddenly snuck to the left, then well... you'll be clicking something else by mistake. 🙂

@greyguy Yes, definitely! I'm on the product team, so I try to make sure things are shared with the right people. And our teams also jump in here on their own to look at feedback and requests, and also to ask questions to gather more feedback.
