Home Page Shortcut Filing

It would be a real advantage to be able to file shortcuts on the Homepage to a catogorised folder.  Obviously being able to name the folder, but this would mean one could identify "shopping", "Utilities", "Financial", etc., etc., and place the shortcut into the respective folder.  There are curently 32 posible shortcuts, by being able to organise the home page there could be more shortcuts available - having these shortcuts could also help with security, as it will save most people clicking on an email link and using the browser and therefore a previously vetted shortcut.
