Global Search (ctrl+shift+f) in developer tools

In the developer tools, it would be helpful if the global search (ctrl+shift+f):

• worked in every tab, not just in the Debugger tab
• set the focus in the search box when it is already active

I 100% agree, this would be a great feature!

It’s already been reported here: Bug 1026479 - Add a unified search across all tools in the toolbox.

Unfortunately, we haven’t found the time to work on this yet.

In the meantime, you can search in the Network panel, in all HTTP Requests/Responses (i.e. in all the data the page fetched from the server)
