Get Rid of "The folder 'Inbox on XXX' cannot be compacted because another operation ..." Msg

Please stop displaying messages about automatic folder compacting unless there is a real error. A delay in compacting is not an error.

There is no reason the user needs to know about this. It does not affect them.

Nevertheless, TB interrupts whatever the user is doing by popping to the top of the screen and telling them something they don't need to know.

Please stop doing that.
