It would be really useful if Firefox for iOS and Android supported the generation of Relay aliases. As it stands, a user has to open a separate tab, load the Relay website, login and then create an alias, copy it and then go back to where they needed it. It would be far easier to integrate alias creation within the browser itself. I think DuckDuckGo browser can do this, as an example.

For a good mobile email alias experience, you might check out the Relay Premium "subdomain" feature. With it, you can make up any alias you like at yourdomain.mozmail.com - you don't need an app, a browser, or even a device. You can make one up in the middle of a real-life conversation.

Hey all,

For those interested, a Product Manager from our Firefox Relay team (and other privacy and security tools) just kicked off a discussion right here in the community about...yup, you guessed it...privacy & security:

How do you talk about Privacy & Security?

Please feel free to join and share your thoughts. We look forward to hearing from you and continuing to collaborate with you all 😃

I agree. I was looking into purchasing a Relay subscription, but it won't be worth the money for me until it's available on mobile since that's where I do the majority of my web surfing.

Hey all,

We've delivered this as an add-on for Android Nightly—more info in our blog post here—and are currently exploring options to bring Relay more integrated for iOS and Android.

Check it out, let us know what you think, and of course stay tuned for more updates 😁

@Tony-Cinotto This is fantastic news! It’s great that Relay is coming to mobile and other add-ons are being added. That was a great blog post, sounds really positive for the Firefox on mobile in the next year, well done Mozilla! Excuse me while I run off to install the Nightly!

I still use Safari as my main browser on iOS because of the hide my email function. It would be nice if Firefox relay was integrated within iOS browser to automatically fill in email sections using relay. This would be a great improvement and help convince people to switch from Safari.

@PuglifeThank you for the support and as a iOS user I couldn't agree more. It's something we're looking into and hopefully we can share some updates in the near future.

Doesn't this idea status be changed to delivered because the relay add-on is available on mobile or am i missing something?
