Filtering Junk

I would like to send all incoming emails to my JUNK folder EXCEPT those that are somehow marked as "OK", or in my address book.

The vast majority of email that I get is junk. Simply marking them as junk does not solve the problem as the senders are constantly changing their address.

You can already do that with a filter on incoming mail to filter all mail not in your address book to a folder or mark it as junk.

That's great. So how would you do it?

This solves half the problem. What about senders not in my address book? Marking them as "not junk" doesn't seem to solve the problem.

My question is somewhat related.  When I get a message I think is junk, and T'bird suggest it is junk, what am I supposed to do to LABEL it as junk?  Then I could set a filter as above to send all junk mail to trash.
