Enable usage of mousewheel when sorting open tabs (during drag & drop)

If you have plenty of open Tabs you can simply scroll through them with the mouse wheel, but if you start to sort/rearrange them, during the dragging of one Tab, one can't use the mousewheel to scroll, instead you have to move the mouse to the edge of the currently shown Tabs to scroll through them - which makes control kinda unprecise.

I would love to be able to use the mousewheel when rearranging my tabs.
