Don't hide the show more bookmarks panel when open in a new tab is selected

In the Bookmarks toolbar (when full), in the "show more bookmarks" panel. It would be better not to hide the panel menu when you middle-click or open a bookmark in a new tab. Because if we want to open multiples bookmarks in the panel, we have to click on the tiny arrow to display it again each time for it to be display again. It can be done because it's a feature in Zen browser.
