discard menu and options like Chrome please

Hi,

It would be great to have discard option where we can select which tabs to keep alive and which not to refresh for memory and other reasons.

Chrome has a very functional one at chrome://discards/

I select a tab not to be refreshed or discarded or made passive, like listening to online music, then it works fine. Otherwise, after some time the tab becomes passive and music stops.
