DevTools: Allow for mobile screencast (Desktop/Mobile)

Suggestion: Allow for DevTools to show the content of the remote devices screen when debugging from desktop, similar to Chrome/Chromium DevTools as seen on this guide: https://developer.chrome.com/blog/devtools-mobile/

Reasoning: This would make developing/debugging a lot easier by displaying the devices screen right on the users desktop, which is easier than having to constantly look down at the devices screen.
