Would like to see the search engine choices revamped. The landscape has changed recently, Brave Search looks good, Ecosia saves the planet (apparently).

Maybe FF could also give a few words about each one in the options, like its mission statement:

DDG: for better privacy
Ecosia: plants trees
Google: default, but least privacy

Good news...

As of Firefox 124, Qwant is an engine choice in France, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland.

Qwant should also be included for the countries where Qwant offers search results:
