Controls in tab for audio streaming service and youtube

Status: New idea

I would like to have back, pause, and forward controls in tab for audio/video sites. This way I dont have to leave a tab I'm currently on.

Thanks, but this does not solve the issue I'm having. Firefox currently has a feature where if I hover over a tab, I can mute it. I think it would be awesome to add more media controls there. Please see the picture in the link.
