Compact (2 line) email header in TB

Using the 64 bit version of TB has the option to use the 4 line (expanded) OR 2 line (Compact) view.

My older LT has a small screen and is 32bit Win 10 BUT the option to have the 2 line header is not available. This 4 line header wastes valuable screen space.

Please advise if this is in the Config editor or if it can be added in the 32 bit TB in an update soon.

Perhaps you needed to post in support about this there is no functional difference between Thunderbird in a 64bit version or a 32bit version.  So I do not see anything here for the developers to change.

Perhaps one of your machines has this addon installed
